Hello
I have just uploaded my latest interview
In this interview Jolie Root describes the most important nutrients for respiratory and immune support.* This interview is not about treating COVID or any other virus. Our focus is how to support your natural immune function*. This is an important distinction that you must understand.
Primary to this concept is that you must lay a foundation for good health. In this interview Jolie describes the what and why of a good foundation. This is always important but even more so during the COVID pandemic.*
Diet: The food you eat and the foods you avoid have everything to do with your health and immunity. A lifetime of poor dietary choices cannot be overcome by taking supplements. You must eat a wide variety of the nutritious foods. Jolie and I have explored the Mediterranean diet as a very good model. Healthy foods can be found in all cuisines. But you must choose to eat the good foods.
We have also discussed the Global Food Study which shows that it is the lack of nutritious foods in the diet that does us in. You must choose to eat a wide variety of the nutritious foods, while avoiding the refined, adulterated and poor quality food. This is a choice for a lifetime and it cannot be avoided without consequences.
Jolie lists her most important nutrients that you should consider. We know that most Americans are deficient in most of these nutrients. These nutrients are always needed by the body for your immune system to function fully and effectively. The premise is that people who are well nourished are going to do better than those who remain deficient in key nutrients.
These are considered the foundational nutrients. There are additionally many other nutrients you can consider as add-on nutrients. These could be considered as optional but potentially beneficial as well. CLICK HERE for all immune related interviews.
