Managing your stress is more important than ever.

In this interview Jolie Root will discuss how to manage your stress. She discusses the lifestyle, diet and nutritional support for stress. Everyone experiences stress in daily life. Sometimes stress can become overwhelming and intense. Other times stress may be more easily manageable. Whatever your level of stress, you can improve your resiliency and reduce the negative effects of stress.

It is vitally important that you examine your personal life and lifestyle in order to identify the stressors in your life and seek to manage those disruptors. It is equally important to understand and employ the strategies that can support, nourish and regenerate you and bring you closer to balance.

Nature’s Seven Doctors

Nature’s Seven Doctors are the factors of life that you can embrace and will support a healthy life. They are always important and are always available for you to employ. These factors were part of my early training in health and they are still foundational. It is a mistake to underestimate the benefits they provide.

  • Eat a healthy and nutritional Diet.
  • Breathe pure air.
  • Spend time in the sun.
  • Drink plenty of pure water.
  • Get good restful sleep
  • Get physical through work and exercise.
  • Practice mindfulness.

I will add this to the original list: Use quality, targeted nutritional support.

Targeted Nutritional Support

There are many, many nutritional adjuncts that you can add to your diet. Vitamin, minerals, amino acids, herbs, foods and various nutraceuticals all provide specific and targeted benefits.

Jolie discusses some of the most important nutrients to consider. It is important to remember that this is your process of discovery. Your personal circumstances require that you discover what works best for you. We are all different and your solutions will be unique to you.
