Good nutrition is the key to healthy immune cell function.

The reality of immunity is that it is your own immune cells that do the work. When we eat nutritious foods, and take the right supplements then all cells in the body including the immune cells can function better. Poor nutritional status can compromise the structure and function of immune cells. Your goal should be to take those nutrients which are known to be important. In this interview Jim LaValle will discuss the most important nutrients and why they are critical for immune support.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not suggesting that nutrition is a treatment for COVID. We are suggesting that nutrition will support the structure and function of immune cells. The vaccines aid specific immunity by stimulating anti-body production in the immune cells. The vaccine does not kill COVID. In either case we are seeking to increase our own natural defenses.

Jim discusses the nutrients with the most significant impact. These three nutrients are arguably the most important. If you only take a few nutrients, take these three. I will suggest you should do more. The recommended potencies are my personal recommendation.
